General Product Returns and Refund Policy
The return of the product is allowed up to 10 days after the invoice date. It must be returned with the original packaging and in perfect condition. The amount is not paid until we receive the returned merchandise and confirm its in proper conditions.
In case that a customer refuses to collect a shipment from an order that he has placed with us, return costs of € 15 are incurred. This amount will be charged to the customer's account, and will be charged for the next purchase to be made. If these return costs are not paid, the company will not be able to sell to this customer again. The company will always contact the customer to try to solve any problem that may have arisen at the time of delivery and avoid the return.
Returns can be made by communicating by email or by phone ([email protected]/ 944 360 960). Returns of goods will be at the customer's expense, except in the case of defective products or erroneous shipments. All returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured in the total amount at the value of the returned products. Post due returns will not be accepted.
After checking the status of the product, it will be replaced and if this is not possible, the amount of the product will be returned according to the same payment method used by the customer. In case that said reimbursement method is not viable, Arte Sano Tattoo Supplies S.L. will reimburse you by bank transfer.
Orders received before 5:30 p.m. will be sent that same day, at 7:00 p.m. The 24-hour delivery period will be applicable from 7:00 p.m. on the day the order is placed.
Return of products
Arte Sano Tattoo Supplies S.L. will assume the shipping costs in those cases in which the return or replacement of a product is the result of an error in the preparation of the order. On the other hand, when the change of a product is due to an error in the formulation of the order by the client, the transport costs will be paid by the client.
Special Return Conditions for Electronic Material:
machines, power supplies, pedals…. etc.
- Return in its original container and in perfect condition, both the container and its content.
- Warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase. (May vary depending on the manufacturer).
- Depending on the brand of the items, the guarantee will be offered by the factory itself.
