Self-adhesive protective film that provides a safe environment for the skin during the healing process, which is a critical phase of the complete tattooing process. 

It ensures protection of the skin against external friction, essentially with respect to clothing, and complete isolation from external agents, especially water, which means that the user can bathe or shower freely as long as the protective film is properly applied. It is also an antibacterial protective barrier that is capable of preventing the formation of pathogens and the entry of contaminants into the tattooed area.

However, the film does allow perspiration to escape if it does occur.
